What you will do
• Contact new and current customers to sell company products.
• Listen to customers' needs and answer their queries about the product deal with complaints and resolve them.
• Collect customer data.
• Keep up with and follow up on all new services and products.
• Follow up customers throughout the service to make sure you receive the product and assess and know how satisfied customers are about the product.
What you will need
• 2 years of experience at least.
• Excellent presentation and Negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent in English.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
