Responsibilities
• Create weekly/monthly and quarterly social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.
• Generate creative social media platform content.
Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Create a daily social media listening for active accounts.
• Create, manage, and oversee social media content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies for all channels.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Requirements
•BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English/ Arabic.
• Presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as
Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor, Google Ad Words.
• With the ability to comfortably translate large data sets into actionable takeaways and insights.
