Job Description

What you will do

• Contact new and current customers to sell company products
• Listen to customers' needs and answer their queries about the product deal with complaints and resolve them
• Collect customer data
• Keep up with and follow up on all new services and products
• Follow up with customers throughout the service to make sure you receive the product and assess and know how satisfied customers are about the product

What you will need

• 2 years of experience at least 
• Excellent presentation and Negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
•  Excellent in English
• Very good command of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
